How Do I Place My Order?

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll start preparing it and notify you when it’s ready to ship!


How Long Will It Take to Ship My Order?

We aim to process and ship orders within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit.


My Tracking Number Isn’t Working

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to update in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, delays or issues may arise. If your tracking number hasn’t updated within a few days, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier or contact our support team for further assistance.


I Need Help With a Late Order

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days for domestic shipments or 20 business days for international shipments, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist with locating your package.
