We will either issue a refund or reprint your order at no additional cost in the following cases:

- Design error: The design differs from what is displayed on our site.
- The product information (type, size) does not match your order.
How to Request a Refund

Returns
In cases of incorrect or defective items, no return is necessary. We will issue a refund promptly, which will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Refunds Will Not Be Processed In The Following Cases:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, failure to receive the delivery, not picking up the package as instructed).
- Your order did not arrive due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., delays caused by customs, natural disasters, marked as “delivered” in the tracking system, or lost after being delivered to your mailbox).
- The item received matches the description provided on our website.
Order Cancellation
Customers have 24 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation. Please note that a 10% management, processing, and transaction fee will be applied for cancellations.
After this 24-hour period, the item will be in production, and no further cancellations will be supported.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or returns for incorrect sizes unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size item. For other issues such as printing problems, we will handle them for you. Compensation
