We process orders on business days from Monday to Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding public holidays observed by the Post Office, including:

Processing Time: 3-5 business days* (in regular seasons) or longer during peak holiday seasons.

Oklisea Store offers a flat rate shipping fee, regardless of the number of items ordered:

- Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days* (in regular seasons), or longer during peak holiday seasons.

Possible Shipping Delays
While we and our shipping partners strive to deliver your package on time, unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances may cause occasional delays. Oklisea Store cannot be held responsible for delays due to:

- International customs procedures
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan and update your package in their system. If no tracking information is available, the carrier may not have processed the package yet.
Multiple Item Orders
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to expedite delivery. It is possible that you may receive some items before others.
Missing Order Confirmation

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need to ship items to different locations, please place separate orders.
PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses are sent via DHL Global Mail and then handed over to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system.
Please note that shipments to APO addresses can take up to 45 additional days for delivery. Tracking information ceases to update once the package enters the military mail system due to security reasons.
